He was at the Vet last Monday – weight is now just over 49 kgs, so gaining nice and slowly.

Unfortunately, in doing our proactive approach to rescue, blood work showed that he is both Lyme and Anaplasma positive.

This meant another trip to the Vet – on Thursday to do more bloodwork and also an in house UA plus sent out urine to the lab.

Thank you to his wonderful foster mama for bringing him in! I got to see him both days and he is such a dreamboat of a Dane!

He is not yet AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION and as always, we shall only approve a right matched personality fit home when he is ready for we do feel he is highly adoptable!
